Copyright is a very delicate and sensitive matters. If you are interested in publishing with us, please read very carefully the section below.

Tumotowa is funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Hence, all of our operations are provided to the Author(s) at NO COST, please visit our Article Processing Charges page for details. We also provide our journal for free for the readers not only the electronic version, but also for the printed version.

The government funding required Author(s) to transfer their commercial and publishing rights to Tumotowa. Tumotowa will use these rights to ensure that your article will be available freely for the public. In other words, if you choose to publish with us, you will no longer retains copyright without restrictions.

But, most importantly moral rights as an author to be properly and fully acknowledged will always be retained by the Author(s). We are working as best as possible to ensure that the Author(s) are receiving maximum academic benefits by publishing with us.

AUTHOR(S) ALSO WARRANTS THAT:

• The article is the Author’s original work;
• The article is not pending review or under consideration by another publisher;
• The article has not previously been published;
• The article contains no misrepresentation or infringement of the work or property of other authors or third parties; and
• The article contains no libel, invasion of privacy, or other unlawful matter.

The Author agrees to hold Publisher harmless from Author’s breach of the representations and warranties contained above.

Tumotowa didanai oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Oleh karena itu, semua proses editorial kami disediakan kepada Penulis TANPA BIAYA, silakan kunjungi halaman Biaya Pemrosesan Artikel untuk rinciannya. Kami juga menyediakan jurnal kami secara gratis untuk pembaca tidak hanya versi elektronik, tetapi juga untuk versi cetak.

Pendanaan pemerintah mengharuskan Penulis untuk mengalihkan hak komersial dan penerbitannya ke Tumotowa. Tumotowa kemudian akan menggunakan dua hak tersebut untuk memastikan bahwa jurnal ini tersedia gratis untuk umum. Dengan kata lain, jika Anda memilih untuk menerbitkan bersama kami, Anda tidak akan lagi memiliki hak cipta tanpa batasan.

Namun, yang terpenting adalah hak moral/ pribadi sebagai penulis untuk diketahui dan diakui sepenuhnya akan selalu dipegang oleh Penulis. Kami bekerja sebaik mungkin untuk memastikan Penulis menerima manfaat akademis yang maksimal dengan menerbitkan bersama kami.

PENULIS JUGA MEMBERIKAN JAMINAN BAHWA:

• Artikel adalah karya asli Penulis;
• Artikel tidak sedang melalui proses review atau sedang dipertimbangkan oleh penerbit lainnya;
• Artikel belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya dalam bentuk apapun;
• Artikel tidak mengandung kesalahan pengartian atau pelanggaran terhadap karya atau properti dari penulis lain atau pihak ketiga; dan
• Artikel ini tidak mengandung pencemaran nama baik, pelanggaran privasi, atau masalah melanggar hukum lainnya.

Penulis setuju untuk membebaskan Tumotowa dari pelanggaran Penulis akan jaminan yang tercantum di atas.
